The yella fella popped in to recharge the team’s batteries and enjoy a bite to eat in the Boathouse Café before continuing their walk along the River Nene from Rushden Lakes to the Radio Northampton headquarters.

The walkers enjoy a welcome snack beside the marina. Holding the microphone right of centre is presenter Annabelle Amos and on her right are marine owners Debbie and John Skinner.
