*UPDATE: Sadly, Fury has been found deceased in the canal. Our thoughts are with the owner…
AN appeal has gone out on social media after a much-loved pocket bully terrier Fury went missing by the Coy Carp pub at Harefield, Uxbridge UB8, beside the Grand Union Canal.
The owner is described as vulnerable and taking his pet’s loss exceptionally badly. Doglost are involved, and people are still searching for him, but there has been no sign.
Fury, who has been microchipped, disappeared on June 3 before 5.30 am His owner was out fishing and had fallen asleep by the canal – the location on what3words is race.handy.epic) – but when he woke, the dog had gone.
