THE annual St Richard’s Canal Festival will be taking place in Vines Park, Droitwich Spa WR9 8LB, from the evening of Friday May 3 until late afternoon Bank Holiday Monday May 6.
Now in its 12th year, attractions include daytime canal boat trips aboard Pamela May 2, and live entertainment, food stalls and children’s activities each day, There will also be a real ale and cider bar all weekend.
Model boats can be seen on the Saturday and Sunday and there will be a dog show on Monday before the Great Droitwich Duck Race around 4.30pm.
Opening times each day are: Friday 5-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-11pm and Monday 10am-5pm.
