Update on 20/05/2022:
Please be advised navigation remains closed to vessels that have an air draught of 9ft 0ins / 2.74m or greater at Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge on the Weaver Navigation due to a mechanical failure on the bridge motor.
Our specialist contractors have assessed the fault and are establishing a method of repair.
A further update will be provided by Friday 27 May.

Please be advised a navigation restriction is required at Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge on the Weaver Navigation on vessels that have an air draught of 9ft 0ins / 2.74m or greater due to a mechanical failure on the bridge motor.
Our specialist contractors are due to site to assess the fault and to establish a means of repair.
