Between Cranfleet Flood Gate and Nottingham Yacht Club
ADVICE (Wednesday 9 August 2023 until further notice)
Our engineers have sighted a collapsed bank on the Upper Trent.
This means that there are some underwater obstructions between Cranfleet Flood Gate and Nottingham Yacht Club.
Barriers are being put in place and buoys will highlight where the obstructions are within the navigation.
Repair work has been planned for 2024, but we will continue to monitor the situation and will re-prioritise if it deteriorates.
Boaters are asked to proceed with care.
