Between Shardlow Lock No.2 and Wilne Lane Bridge No.2
ADVICE (10am Friday 8 September until 12noon Monday 11 September 2023)
There will be mooring restrictions from Friday 8th of September at 10am until Monday 11th of September at 12pm.
This is to allow for the Shardlow Inland Port Festival floating market which is taking place.
The restriction will be between Shardlow Lock No.2 and Wilne Lane Bridge No.2.
Alternative visitor moorings are available between Wilne Lane Bridge No.2 and Derwent Mouth Lock.
Please note that this section of the navigation and towpath may get very busy during the festival, so please proceed with care and follow any advice on site from event stewards or Trust representatives.
