MOORING RESTRICTIONS FOR EVENT (Wednesday 14 June until Monday 19 June 2023)
We are pleased to welcome the Middlewich Folk & Boat Festival between Friday 16th June and Sunday 18th June 2023. This is a vibrant community run festival which promotes local business and up and coming artists. The floating market runs along the canal side with an eclectic mix of stalls and producers with products for the whole family.
Please note that moorings will be suspended between Kings Lock 71 and Wrights Bridge 169 from Wednesday 14th June till Monday 19th June.
The mooring suspension will be in force for all boats except for the Floating Market boats.
Mooring outside of the Location is unaffected.
Please consider this when cruising through the suspension as it may be busier than usual once the Trade Boats are in position.
The suspended moorings will be signposted accordingly.
