There will be a navigation restriction on the 30th September on the River Tees starting upstream of the Victoria Road Bridge (Jubilee Bridge) and finishing at the River Tees Water Centre.

There will be a navigation restriction on the 30th September on the River Tees starting upstream of the Jubilee Bridge and finishing at the River Tees Water Centre. End Point of event: River Tees Water Centre

Start date & time of stoppage/restriction: Navigation Restriction – 30th September 7.00AM (see special instructions)

End date & time of stoppage/restriction: Navigation Restriction – 30th September 6.00PM (see special instructions)

Reason for restriction: Two rowing races, organised by Tees Rowing Club.

Special instructions: Please note that no traffic is allowed on the river between 10.15am and 12.15pm, and from 2.45pm to 4.45pm. Outside these hours the river is open to traffic but please proceed with care and follow the advice of event stewards and safety boats that will be on the water as over 200 craft are expected on the water over the course of the event.

End date & time of stoppage/restriction: Navigation Restriction – 30th September 6.00PM (see special instructions)

Reason for restriction: Two rowing races, organised by Tees Rowing Club. The organiser has requested a navigation restriction.
Special instructions: No traffic allowed during 10.30am to 12.15pm and from 12.45pm to 4.00pm, but open for traffic outside these hours. There will be up to 200 rowing boats on the water outside of these times so users are advised to take care and listen to the instructions of marshals.
