ADVICE (8am Monday 9 May until 5pm Monday 23 May 2022)
Please be advised third party contractors, working on behalf of the highway authority, will be onsite at Bridge 128, Chester Stone Bridge on the Shropshire Union Canal to carry out repairs to a third-party owned retaining wall alongside the towpath.
Whilst navigation and towpath will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution, take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third party contractors onsite.
