Please be advised the elsan facility at National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port, on the Shropshire Union Canal is currently out of use due to frozen pipes.
Our teams will continue to monitor the situation for any improvements, until then the closest elsan facility is Tower Wharf Services in Chester.
An update will be provided by Friday 16 December.
