NAVIGATION CLOSURE (8am Monday 25 September until 4pm Friday 27 October 2023)
We would like to make our customers aware of this planned stoppage to carry out some essential works. Our team will be replacing the top & bottom gates at Lock 7 and carrying out some brickwork/quoin repairs. The stoppage will start on 25/09/2023 and be completed by 27/10/2023. The new gates are ready and waiting in our workshop, so we are keen to get them fitted. However, we have planned this work as late in the summer as possible so that work is completed ahead of the local half term. Due to the location of this stoppage, there are many alternative routes around the stoppage. We thank you for your patience whilst we carry out these works.
