We are pleased to advise navigation has resumed at Bridge 75A, Grimshaw Lane Bridge on the Rochdale Canal following a successful repair.
Update on 03/05/2022:
Our Mechanical & Electrical team have been to site along with our specialist hydraulic contractor to inspect the faults at Bridge 75A, Grimshaw Lane Bridge on the Rochdale Canal.
We have identified several defective parts and ordered the replacements. Unfortunately, we are unable to source these parts today and navigation remains closed.
Our contractors will be back onsite tomorrow, Wednesday 4 May, and a further update will be provided following their attendance.

Please be advised navigation is closed at Bridge 75A, Grimshaw Lane Bridge on the Rochdale canal due to a mechanical failure.
Our contractors are onsite, and an update will be provided this afternoon.
