Newark Flood Gates
Update on 09/11/2023:
Due to the water levels coming down, we have been able to open Newark Flood Gates. Boaters can now proceed as normal.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (7.15pm Thursday 2 November 2023 until further notice)
Due to the rising river level, Newark flood gates have been closed until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation.
In the meantime, boaters are asked not to travel along the navigation until informed otherwise.
