Lock 14, Newark Nether Lock
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (Monday 4 September 2023 until further notice)
Due to a major fault on the main electricity supply there is currently no electricity feed into Nether Lock (Lock 14) on the River Trent.
The National Grid anticipates that the fault will be repaired and the electricity supply restored by 10pm tonight and passage available again tomorrow morning.
Please follow advice from Trust staff or volunteers and we will update this notice by 10am on Tuesday 5th September.
