Cardington Lock has now re-opened, the navigation notice issued yesterday has been rescinded.
EMERGENCY CLOSURE (Thursday 6 October 2022 until further notice)
Please be advised the above lock is currently closed due to an operational
issue with the guillotine gate.
We will rescind this notice as soon as the lock re-opens to navigation.
