Update on 25/10/2023:

Following substantial flooding since Friday all reaches are now at AMBER or RED. There is a significant amount of debris in the river, mooring and lock sites have a build up of silt on the stages and lock sides. 

State of Readiness is FLOODCON 4 (River not navigable. Red on gauges). More rain is expected at the end of the week.

Warning update
LOCATIONS: All Reaches

River Avon levels have continued to rise following prolonged rain. Levels are now at least 2 meters and more into the red on all reaches.
Stay moored to flood safe moorings and do not navigate. Most mooring and lock sites are flooded so do not attempt to reach these sites by land.
The Environment Agency forecast that River Avon levels will peak at approximately midday today Saturday 21st October 2023 and then start to drop over the coming days.
 
ANT have raised its state of readiness to FLOODCON 2, severe flooding, most lock and mooring sites flooded only accessible by capable 4×4 vehicles or RIB.

 

WARNING (Friday 20 October 2023 until further notice)

Navigation levels have risen to Red on all gauges and rising. The state of the river is now FLOODCON 3. Moor to flood safe moorings. 
There is significant rainfall forecasted, this may trigger another navigation alert.
