We are pleased to advise navigation has resumed on Marple Flight.

Please be advised Marple Flight will be closed for the remainder of the day whilst our local team carry out essential repairs to Lock 6.
A further update will be provided later this afternoon.
Update on 08/03/2022:
Lock 6
We are pleased to advise works are complete to Locks 2 and 3 and navigation has resumed on the Marple Flight, Peak Forest Canal as per the daily operating times.
Please note, only one paddle is currently operable at Lock 6 whilst we await parts needed to complete the repair. Works will resume on Thursday morning and navigation will be closed for a short period of time whilst we resume these works.
A further update will be provided by Thursday lunchtime, 10 March.
