Lock 7 – Meadow Lane Lock
Update on 06/10/2023:
The boat has been moved on and is no longer blocking Meadow Lane Lock. Boaters can now proceed as normal.
RESTRICTION (Thursday 5 October 2023 until further notice)
There is a broken down boat on the Trent side lock approach of Meadow Lane Lock.
Boaters can still operate the lock, but are asked to proceed with care and to allow for the restriction.
River Canal Rescue are dealing with this matter and aim to have the boat removed by Saturday 7th October.
We will update this notice as soon as we have more information.
