Update on 21/12/2022:

We would like to advise that no further work is planned on Llangynidr Lock Flight until January 2023.

There is no requirement to book passage for the locks between now and January 4th 2023.

Update on 18/11/2022:

Notice updated to correct winding holes.

Please check stoppage notices for individual locks where works require complete stoppage.

If you would like to travel through the locks through the winter period please contact our customer enquiries team (03030 404040) at least 24 hours in advance which will allow us to plan works around your trip where possible.

NAVIGATION CLOSURE (8am Monday 14 November until 4pm Friday 25 November 2022)

We would like to inform you of our decision to include an additional stoppage to the winter programme.

The stoppage is to carry out some essential repair works to the waterway wall above Lock 67, Llangynidr.

The work will require the pound to be kept dewatered to allow time for the mortar to cure adequately. We hope that this change doesn’t cause any inconvenience. Many Thanks.
