Ends At: Trevor Basin Visitor Moorings
ADVICE (8am Wednesday 30 August until 5pm Friday 1 September 2023)
Contractors will be cutting weed which grows in the feeder channel above Llangollen on Wednesday 30th August. This is essential to get water down the feeder to maintain water levels.
Due to the flow of water and the width restriction of the feeder, it is not possible to remove the cut weed from the channel. Therefore boaters may experience floating weed between Llangollen Basin and Trevor Basin for a few days.
