NAVIGATION CLOSURE (Until 12.45pm Sunday 9 April 2023)
Please be advised navigation between bridge 75a and 70, on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal has been temporarily suspended.
This is due to the sinking of a boat that is blocking navigation.
The boat owner and Canal and River Trust are currently on site working on rectifying the issue.
A further update will be provided at 2100 on 07/04/23.
Once the boat has been floated, navigation will resume.
