Towpath Bridge
ADVICE (8am Wednesday 1 March until 5pm Friday 17 March 2023)
Please be advised that third-party contractors will be onsite at the towpath bridge on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal to paint the gas pipe crossing.
The third-party contractors will be erecting scaffolding to allow access for abrasive blasting of the pipe crossing followed by application of paint.
The towpath will remain open but there might be a short delay for towpath users when the scaffolding being is being erected.
Whilst the navigation will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if necessary.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
