We are pleased to advise the vehicle has been removed and the restriction has been lifted between Bridge 62, Pendlebury Bridge and Aqueduct 18, Arley on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
RESTRICTION (9am Friday 1 December 2023 until further notice)
Please be advised navigation is restricted between Bridge 62, Pendlebury Bridge and Aqueduct 18, Arley on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, due to a vehicle partially in the navigation on the towpath side.
Our teams are currently liaising with those involved to facilitate the removal of the vehicle, however, we are unable to advise a timeframe at present.
Navigation will remain open, however we politely request all customers to navigate through the affected area with care.
