NAVIGATION CLOSURE (8am Monday 26 September until 6pm Monday 10 October 2022)
Update on 15/09/2022:
These works have been delayed and will now start on the 26th September for two weeks.
The access needed to undertake the roofing repairs to the adjacent property means that navigational width cannot be maintained and therefore a stoppage is being implemented.
RESTRICTION (8am Monday 19 September until 6pm Friday 30 September 2022)
Maintenance work will be carried out on the canal facing elevation of Shipley Wharf on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
Floating pontoons will be placed behind the building for the duration of the works. The pontoons will form a platform 12m long and project 6m from the fixed pontoon that they will be secured to.
Skippers are advised to proceed with caution for the duration of the works.
