NAVIGATION CLOSURE (1pm Sunday 8 October until 1pm Monday 9 October 2023)
Please be advised that, due to water shortages in the summit pound, we will be closing Crofton Lock flight early today. This affects Wootton Rivers, Lock 51, to Crossing Lock, Lock 61.
We anticipate levels will recover overnight and additional pumping has been arranged for Monday to resolve this issue. We expect to open as advertised Monday 9th October.
Please help save water to keep the canals open for boating
