RESTRICTION (8am Monday 25 September until 5pm Friday 20 October 2023)
Please be advised that third-party contractors will be onsite between Caroline street bridge and Mottram Road bridge on the Hudderfield Narrow Canal.
The third-party contractors are working on behalf of the council and will be installing under-bridge replacement lighting at Stalybridge via a temporary pontoon.
Whilst the navigation and towpath will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if necessary.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite
