Repairs to a leak in a retaining wall – Aspley Basin to Loco liftbridge
Starts At: Aspley, Huddersfield Visitor Moorings
Ends At: Bridge 17, Quay Street Loco Liftbridge
TOWPATH CLOSURE (8am Tuesday 2 May until 4pm Friday 12 May 2023)
Repairs are being carried out to stop a leak which is coming through the washwall into a third party industrial unit.
Towpath diversion signs shall be in place to direct towpath users onto the other side of the canal. The works will be between Aspley Basin and Bridge 17, Quay Street Loco liftbridge.
