Update on 18/10/2023:
Contractors have attended site, the Elsan is now operational.
ADVICE (1pm Thursday 5 October 2023 until further notice)
The Elsan at Aspley Wharf CSF is blocked and out of use.
Contractors attended site yesterday and we awaiting on the CCTV footage to see how the issue can be resolved.
We will update the notice as soon as we have further information
