This work has now been completed and the site can be accessed as normal.
Update on 01/08/2023:
The essential maintenance work to the walkway between Saxilby footbridge and Saxilby Road-bridge continues and contractors will be on site on the 15th August, to carry out the tarmacking.
The moorings can now be used under caution. Perimeter fencing and signage has been erected and we kindly ask our customers to follow any advice on site from a Trust representative.
We will update the website by the 18th August or as soon as we have more information.
RESTRICTION (Monday 19 June until Monday 31 July 2023)
Starting on the 19th of June, our maintenance team will be resurfacing the tarmacked walkway between Saxilby footbridge and Saxilby Road-bridge. This should take approximately 6 weeks.
The moorings will be partially closed between 8am and 4pm, while these works are taking place.
Please follow any advice given on site by a Trust representative.
There will be no restriction to the navigation.
