Starts At: Lock 8, Cromwell
Ends At: Lock 9, Brookfoot
Update on 16/08/2023:
The tree’s have been removed by contractors, navigation is now open.
Update on 15/08/2023:
There are currently 2 tree’s down, one blocking the navigation between Cromwell and Brookfoot Lock and one further down past Freemans Bridge which is passable with care.
Contractors have been instructed and are due on site in the morning to remove the trees.
Will will update this notice once the navigation is cleared.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (12.15pm Tuesday 15 August 2023 until further notice)
We have received a report that a tree is blocking the navigation between Cromwell Lock and Brookfoot Lock,
The local team have been made aware and we will update this notice as soon as we have information to share.
