Update on 20/12/2023:
The divers have completed working on the stop plank channels and the navigation closure has now been lifted and through passage reopened

Update on 19/12/2023:
Divers are working on the stop plank channels preparing them for the planned stoppage commencing 15th January 2024.
Navigation is closed at the caisson for the duration of the diving operation and it will not be possible to boat through the caisson.
The works are proving to more difficult than expected and works will continue until at least the end of Wednesday 20th December and possibly into Thursday 21st December with the navigation at this point remaining closed until the works have been completed.
This notice will be updated no later than 15:00hrs on Wednesday 20th December.
