TOWPATH CLOSURE (7am Wednesday 3 January until 6pm Wednesday 10 January 2024)
Third party contractors need to come back to install the spray and chip on the repaired towpath opposite the new University Station. The towpath needs to be closed for only 1 day to complete these works. As these works are weather dependent, it is not known the exact date of the closure, but this will be someday between 03/01/2024 and 10/01/2024. Signage and banksmen will be used to manage traffic and a diversion route plan will be in place. Navigation will remain open.
