To celebrate River Canal Rescue’s 25th anniversary, managing director, Stephanie Horton, is giving away prizes every month, throughout the year. In August, one Towpath Talk reader can win an engine service, including labour and parts, worth £260.
The service is available from September to March, when an RCR engineer will come to you and undertake:
- Engine oil change up to 5ltrs
- Fuel filter replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- Gear box oil top up*
- Antifreeze check*
- Battery check – starter cold test and charge state
- Fan belt check and adjustment*
* Replacement is undertaken at an additional cost for parts and labour
