Bridge 79, Selly Oak Railway Bridge
ADVICE (8am Wednesday 19 April until 6pm Thursday 20 April 2023)
Contractors working on behalf of Network Rail are undertaking an visual and tactile inspection of Bridge 79, Selly Oak Railway Bridge.
A pontoon will be installed in the water to facilitate the inspection. The canal will remain open and the pontoon will be moved manually with ropes to allow boat traffic when required. Signage and banksmen will be utilised to manage pedestrians and boaters. We kindly remind customers to follow signage and directions given on site and take care when passing through this area.
