ADVICE (7am Tuesday 11 April until 6pm Friday 14 April 2023)
Third party works contactors are completing investigation works that started last month to an outfall pipe that discharges into the Walsall Canal south of Railway Bridge, Hempole Lane, on the towpath side. The towpath will remain open, but barriers will be placed around the works, which will restrict its width.
Signage and banksmen will be utilised to manage pedestrians. We kindly remind towpath users and boaters to follow signage and directions given on site.
