Tees Long Distance Sculling Race and Tees Small Boats Head (two race)
Starts At: Victoria Road Bridge
Ends At: Millennium Bridge

The River Tees will have Navigation Restrictions and Navigation Closures in place throughout the day, in accordance to keep the navigation safe for other skippers of other crafts using the navigation whilst the event is taking place.
Navigation Restriction: 7:00am – 10:30am
Navigation Closure: 10:30am – 12:15pm (Race 1)
Navigation Restriction: 12:15pm – 3:00pm
Navigation Closure: 3:00pm – 4:30pm (Race 2)
Navigation Restriction: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

A Tees Long Distance Sculling Race and Tees Small Boats Head Race will be taking place on Saturday October 8th between Victoria Road Bridge/Jubilee Bridge and Millennium Bridge from 7:00am finishing at 6:00pm.
The race has been organised by Tees Rowing Club.
The first race will be from 10:30am to 12:15pm, that the restriction will apply starting 1km upstream of Jubilee Bridge and finishing at River Tees Water Sports Centre.
The second race will be from 3:00pm to 4:00pm, that the restriction will apply starting 1km upstream of Jubilee Bridge and finishing at River Tees Water Sports Centre
The navigation will remain open, however could skippers of all crafts please slow down and approach the area with caution and follow the advice of safety boats that will be on the water and safety marshals along the course.
