Pedestal failure
Long Sandall Lock
Update on 31/05/2023:
Contractors have attended and the downstream pedestal has been repaired and the lock is now open.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (4pm Tuesday 30 May 2023 until further notice)
A fault has developed on the down stream pedestal, self operation through the lock is not possible.
The notice will be updated when contractors have attended site.
