Three locations on the River Trent between the villages of Fledborough (South) and Marton (North)
ADVICE (from 8am Monday 2 October until Friday 6 October 2023)
A third-party works team (APEM Ltd on behalf of the Environment Agency) is to undertake fish surveys in three separate locations along the River Trent in Nottinghamshire. This will take place between the villages of Fledborough (South) and Marton (North).
The work will involve using a 50m seine net formed into a circle within the river and each survey should only take 90 minutes to complete.
The navigation and towpath will remain open at all times; however, customers should be aware of the increased activity.
Passing boats should exercise caution.
