The missing parts of the weir boom have now been replaced and the works complete.

Our maintenance team are on the final stage of getting the missing parts of the weir boom replaced. This work should be completed by the end of today and we will update the website accordingly.

Update on 26/10/2022:
Due to the recent rainfall, we have been put back slightly with regards replacing the missing parts of the weir boom.
Weather permitting, this should now be completed by the end of the day tomorrow and we will update the website accordingly.
Boaters are to continue proceeding with extreme caution and are to be mindful of this situation.
ADVICE (Friday 21 October until Wednesday 26 October 2022)
Due to essential maintenance works which are taking place at Stoke Lock weir, part of the weir boom is temporarily missing.
Boaters are asked to proceed with extreme caution and to be mindful of this.
We aim to have the missing parts replaced by Wednesday 26th October.
