We are pleased to advise the safety boom has now been secured back in place.
ADVICE (1pm Monday 5 December 2022 until further notice)
Please be aware that the orange safety boom at Diglis weir has become unattached, leaving the weir channel open. Please navigate this section carefully, and ensure you stay clear and follow navigation signage while travelling.
Following inspection, we require contractors to re-pile the boom posts before it can be re-secured. Our contractors are mobilising to repair this as soon as possible.
