Water Rescue training
Starts At: Naburn Small Lock
Ends At: A64 Road Bridge
RESTRICTION (7am-5pm Monday 20 March 2023)
A water rescue training exercise (involving a power boat), organised by the Mines Rescue Service t/a MRS Training & Rescue, will be taking place on Monday 20 March on the River Ouse.
The exercise will use a section of canal between Naburn Small Lock and the A64 road bridge. Around 6 people will be involved and the session will run from 7am to 5pm.
The exercise will be led by a qualified instructor and the boat will be operated by trained/competent crew.
Could skippers of all crafts, please slow down and approach the area with caution.
