Tree trunk present in navigation upstream of Skelton Bridge

Update on 08/10/2021:
The team have attended site today in the workboat and the vegetation debris has been removed.
The navigation is open for passage.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (2.45pm Thursday 7 October 2021 until further notice)
A tree trunk is blocking the navigation just 200m up from Skelton Bridge, trapping further vegetation.
It is currently unnavigable due to the vegetation debris.
The team will be attending tomorrow (water levels permitting) to remove the vegetation debris from the water course with the workboat.
We will update the notice once the tree trunks and debris has been removed.
