Upware Lock
ADVICE (Tuesday 26 March 2024 until rescinded)
Please be advised that Upware lock is open but that following the incident temporary pedestrian barriers remain in place. The lock pen has been searched with grappling hooks and magnets and appears to be clear of obstructions.
Given the approaching Easter weekend the lock has been opened but we recommend that caution be exercised when using it.
Further confirmation will be provided in due course.
