NAVIGATION CLOSURE (9.30am Tuesday 19 September 2023 until further notice)
Please be advised that a gate has been left open which has caused low water on the Regent’s Canal between Old Ford Lock and Mile End and the whole of the Hertford Union.
This has resulted in silt being built up on the cill on Lock 2 of the Hertford Union which is affecting the operation of the gate.
The local team are onsite to arrange repair.
Updates will be provided when available.
