Please be advised that third-party contractors will be onsite at Railway bridge A, Dukinfield on the Peak Forest Canal.
The third-party contractors will be carrying out a detailed inspection of the railway bridge via a temporary pontoon and scaffold.
Whilst the navigation and towpath will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if necessary for the equipment to be moved out of the way.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third party contractors onsite.
