The works have now been completed ahead of the scheduled closing date.

Planned lifts will be occurring on the 5th and 6th of October with the 13th of October as a back-up. Short delays to onward journey to be expected. Local operatives will be able to advise further

The footbridge adjacent to Cropredy Rd Bridge (Br153) is being replaced. Navigation restriction in place during both removal and replacement. Dates/times for the two lifts tbc. Towpath closure in place with diversion over road via temporary pedestrian crossing for duration of works
