NAVIGATION CLOSURE (9.45am-4pm Friday 23 September 2022)
A lock gate has come out of its cup at Lock 2, at the top of the Lapworth flight, and for the moment navigation is not possible. Our Reactive Response team are mobilising to set this right as soon as possible, and as long as they don’t find any other problems, we’re expecting the lock to be back open by the end of hte day.
An update will be provided by 4pm at the latest.
