Towpath Closure – Forge and Newlay
Starts At: Lock 11, Newlay Bottom Lock
Ends At: Lock 10, Forge Top Lock
TOWPATH CLOSURE (8am Tuesday 6 June until 6pm Friday 9 June 2023)
National Grid are carrying out maintenance work on the electricity tower at the back of the towpath.
To ensure public safety the towpath will be diverted temporarily around the adjacent nature trail.
