Bridge 141A, Carr Road Bridge
RESTRICTION (7am Tuesday 9 May until 7pm Friday 2 June 2023)
Please be advised third-party contractors will be onsite to carry out concrete repairs to the soffit of Bridge 141A, Carr Road Bridge on the Leeds & Liverpool canal.
To be able to inspect the bridge, a pontoon and scaffold tower and a barrier will be placed to navigate our towpath customers away from the works.
We politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop to allow the pontoon and equipment to be moved out the way for safe passage.
We anticipate a wait of no longer than 30 minutes. Please listen to any advice that may be given by the onsite banksmen and to take note of the signage onsite on both approaches to the works.
