TOWPATH CLOSURE (8am Monday 24 April until 5pm Friday 5 May 2023)
Please be advised that third-party contractors will be onsite between Bridge 49a, Scot Lane bridge and bridge 49, Martland Mill bridge on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
The third party contractors team will be carrying out towpath surface improvements. Warning signage and an alternative route access via Woodhouse Drive will be in place.
Although the navigation will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if necessary.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the contractors onsite.
